Returns & refunds
At The Baker’s Cousin we’re sure that you’ll enjoy our high quality products. However, in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your purchase please contact us via our contact form or email email@example.com.
We aim to respond within 24 hours or, for weekends and bank holidays, the next working day. You may be requested to return your item or send photographic proof. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment).
When contacting us please quote your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email or delivery note.
When purchasing from our website please check the items on the order carefully to ensure that they are suitable for your requirements. Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended. All products that we sell are perishable and we are therefore unable to accept returns for unwanted items.
